Science Building T.I.

This T.I. involved interior tenant improvements on a large existing one story industrial building in San Jose. With ±80,260 SF of improved area, it included office, warehouse, assembly, and production spaces. All interior spaces were updated and designed to fit the tenants requirements, providing them with a efficient, functional space.
