Founded by David Banducci, AIA, in 1987, BAA is headquartered in Pleasanton enabling us to effectively deliver projects throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.

BAA has a diverse client mix comprised of civic, residential, commercial, interior architecture and building renovation projects. The firm believes in a collaborative process, not only with the client, but also with consultants, contractors and local craftsmen, to achieve the highest standards in the final, built product. Recently, we have developed a special interest in the design of high technology workspace projects, which give the firm the opportunity to integrate architecture, interior design and furnishings into a comprehensive solution that reflects each client’s vision.

  1. Our inclusive architecture and interior design approach provides a seamless interactive process that allows clients to fully understand how their project will take shape.
  2. Our management team remains closely involved throughout all phases of design, documentation and construction.
  3. Our realistic design visualizations and close attention to detail ensure that our projects achieve the design vision, while costs are always monitored throughout the process.

With each client and every individual project, there is a commitment to a high level of design quality and personalized service unique to that particular project.
