Medical Technology Co. Tenant Improv.

This project involved interior tenant improvements in a large existing one-story industrial building in San Jose. With 80,260 square feet of improved area, it included office, warehouse, assembly, and production spaces. Teaming early in the project with the contractor, Hillhouse Construction, all interior spaces were updated and designed to fit the tenant’s requirements, providing them with an efficient, functional space.
