David Banducci

David Banducci is a California native and has worked in the Bay Area since 1980. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1979, he became a licensed architect in 1984 and worked for several Bay Area firms prior to founding Banducci Associates Architects, Inc. in 1987. With over 32 years of architectural experience, David functions as the project principal, lead designer and project manager on new construction, building renovation and interior architecture projects, along with managing the firm’s two offices and new business development.

David’s community involvement includes his current 12-year membership on the Town of Danville Design Review Board, and he was previously a member of the District Facilities Advisory Committee for the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. David’s projects have won numerous design awards and been featured in national publications. His passion for design excellence and commitment to quality service has led to many long-term client relationships.

Karen Banducci

Karen Banducci received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from San Jose State University in 1984 and has over 25 years of interior design experience. After working for several of the top interiors firms in the South Bay Area, she joined Banducci Associates in 1993, and has been the lead designer for many of the firm’s interiors projects for high profile Silicon Valley corporate clients.

Karen’s current emphasis is on the design of custom residential projects and commercial interiors, often involving comprehensive interior design services including finish and material selections and specifications, along with furniture selection and millwork design. The integration of Karen’s interiors work with the firm’s architecture, is key to the firm’s success.


Mike Moretto

Mike Moretto is a 1990 graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with over 12 years of design and management experience on a broad range of projects. Since joining Banducci Associates Architects, Inc. in 2005, he has focused on commercial, civic and residential projects.
Recent projects include Fire Station 17 for the City of San Jose, a contemporary residence in Alamo, and a new retail/office building in Danville.

In addition to leading the design & production team in the San Jose office, Mike drives the firm’s technical direction, investigating and implementing new processes for CAD and 3D-visualization which allows our clients to better understand their projects. Mike was made an Associate in 2007. His commitment to each project, and ability to understand and present
our client’s vision to contractors and city agencies, are integral to the firm's approach.

Freddy Seen

Freddy Seen has served as Project Architect and Project Manager on both architectural and interiors projects. He has been with the firm for three years and is currently the Project Manager for the Dupont Industrial project in San Jose. Prior to that, he was the Project Manager for the West San Carlos project in San Jose and the Marketplace Towers project in Emeryville. He is a 2002 graduate of the University
of California in Berkeley, where he also completed the Master's program. 

Freddy's ability to handle complex planning and construction issues has been vital to the firm's recent success. He has been a leader on projects that required community meetings and approvals, and has engaged City staff to obtain the necessary permits and approvals.

Anne Roberts

Anne Roberts received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982. She joined BAA in 2004 after working for another Bay Area architectural firm. As the firm’s Office Manager she handles all aspects of accounting, business administration and general office organization. She assists on projects for the firm with an emphasis on interiors. 

Anne and her husband Joe have navigated designing and building their own home and designing a vacation home up the coast. In her free time, Anne enjoys scuba diving with her family, international travel, interior design, keeping up with her three kids and beloved dog Cody.
